Caryn Joy Colman
Painter drawn to our environment and the value people place on our natural resources and economy
Caryn Joy Colman
BIO
I’ve been drawing and painting all my life.
My style combines representation with abstraction, exploring mixed media on various papers including navigational charts and topographic maps.
I’m drawn to how people express their inner and outer environments, be it playful nudes in domesticity, or the dystopian outcomes of their consumption of Georgian Bay.
I live in Meaford, Ontario.
